Frank's Upcoming Philanthropical Mission

With his wonderful network of volunteers (The Village) Franks's 501 c 3 non profit organization South Florida Lending Hands (SFLH)is scheduled to embark into a day trip to Marsh Harbour Bahamas. This is the second face of this mission. During phase one we were able to ship a lad of much needed pet food and supplies.
This time we will be traveling to visit the shelter and bring some much needed medicine to treat the animals ta the shelter.
The trip is scheduled for Saturday May 28th. The trip is made possible thanks to the generous donation of Fly Catalina who will flying us over for the day complimentary. We will only need to pay the landing fees.
Frank will be making the journey with his partner in crime Maria Eugenia Gaspari, a SFLH board member. Maria also spearhead the non profit Bullies n Beyond Rescue.
Together we make a great team and have been able to lend a good hand when needed.
Frank and Maria went made a few trips to the Bahamas shortly after Hurricane Dorian hit. The first trip in a kite like airplane with hundreds of pounds of pet food and supplies was to Nassau. On our return we brought five dogs from the Humane Society to help the alleviate the over crowds at the shelter opening rooms for this relocation. The dogs went into other partner shelters where they were placed for adoption.
A few other trips where to Marsh Harbor, one of the hardest hit by the storm.
We wanted to lend a hand and thanks to THE VILLAGE and generous donors that came our way we were able to make this flights. In the end with all the donations received we were able to provide them with an enclosed trailer which was costume built as a spay and neuter clinic currently in their possession and in use.

In addition we have packed hundreds of pounds of donated pet food and supplies which will be shipped to Save a Sato in Puerto Rico. Another one shelter we are know to lend a hand regularly.
Just last week we also shipped donated flea and tick medications to local rescuers caring for many stray animals in the southwest end of Puerto Rico.
